Order Processing and Shipping Status

We normally ship Monday through Friday, same day for orders placed before 11am EST and next day for orders placed after 11am EST, via DHL, UPS, USPS or FEDEX.

Shipping schedules may be extended up to 2 business days during busy seasons such as the Holiday Season.

We keep this page updated with any potential changes to this SLA.

Our carriers are still reporting additional 1 to 2 days to their normal delivery time due to COVID-19 related restrictions and capacity constraints*. Until the carriers can improve their service level we have decided to temporarily suspend all paid expedited shipping options.
