To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (in most cases we are able to identify your original order via the email address or full name utilized when placing the order).
There Are Certain Situations Where Only Partial Refunds Are Granted: (If Applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale Items (If Applicable)
Special sale bundles cannot be partially refunded. If a refund is requested as per our 30-day money back guarantee policy for a special sale bundle, all the items in the bundle must be returned for a full refund.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received in our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Products are automatically delivered on your chosen schedule from the day you placed your first order, with FREE shipping for all Subscribe & Save products.
** Subscriptions are set for a minimum of one (1) delivery before you are able to cancel. After your first subscription order ships, you may cancel at any time without incurring cancellation fees.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
In order to cancel your subscription, you will need to first login to your account or access it via your account. Click the Subscriptions tab and next to each of the products you are subscribed to you will see a Cancel button on the right if you would no longer like to receive this subscription product. Alternatively, you can reach out to our customer service team at service@skiev.com.
